SFX entered into an agreement with Forever 8 Fund, LLC (which is owned by a public company Eightco Holdings, Inc. Ticker: OCTO). 

Forever 8 Fund, LLC purchases inventory for e-commerce businesses.

SFX was unable to sell that inventory and Forever 8 has the legal right to liquidate that inventory.

Forever8 Fund LLC, has legal ownership of this inventory and the rights to use all branding and marketing materials of SFX to liquidate this inventory.
